PR, L&D from Z trains TLG in FSRA...what?
Recently, we were lucky enough to have Paul Redman, Learning and Development Manager at Zurich, come in and give some of The Learning Group's project management team a brief training session on FSRA (Financial Services Reform Act). We asked Paul to come in for this because the FSRA is such a large evolving and complex issue of compliance, and we wanted to make sure we had the latest information at hand.
