FSRA as BAU Think Tank
On Wednesday 18th February, The Learning Group hosted a Think Tank in Sydney, attended by representatives of the Banking, Insurance and Finance industries, to discuss what needs to happen to make Financial Services Reform (FSR) a part of each organisation's "Business As Usual" (BAU).
Some issues raised that are important to the attendees were:

Continuing Education -- How are others dealing with it? Is online delivery an answer?

Ongoing Obligation of Organisations -- What does FSR hold for the future?

Monitoring, Collecting & Administration -- How will ASIC measure the levels of training?

ROI -- Again, how do we measure it?

Compliance in BAU -- What is, and isn't, working in embedding it into normal operations?

Product Knowledge & Competency -- How do we manage ongoing product and core competency knowledge AND at the same time, meet ASIC requirements?
One quote that seemed to gather a consensus from others was that "...we should all stop using the term FSR. It's just the way you must do business now."
