Projects:

A Roadmap to CIP (Orientation training) -- in this project we were asked to design and build an interactive module which "revealed" the Consumer Products group to its employees. Most of the training is actually done by the key managers within CIP, through audio presentations, and responses to questions. Lots of good stuff here!

TLS Performance Support for Coaching (Skill performance support) -- in this project, a global one, we were asked to design an interactive online
performance support module which allows experienced and aspiring managers (coaches) to get some quick input into difficult situations they may be about to encounter. The module teaches the basics of coaching techniques, but spends most of its time showing how PwC coaches do it. The scenarios use a clever "fake film" technique, which utilises full character audio from PwC "actors." A narrator follows along, revealing the good and bad points of what the actors are doing.

EEO @ Your Workplace (Awareness training) -- in this project, we were asked to provide online scenario-based learning for key situations: sexual harassment, prejudicial behaviour, recruitment practices -- even a slightly (make that, VERY) tipsy manager at a Christmas party!

Health & Safety @ Your Workplace (Awareness training) -- in a similar manner, we were asked to provide online scenario-based learning for key health and safety situations, focussing heavily on defining what a "workplace" is for consultants -- it often extends into taxis and the customer's premises!

Interesting Bits:

working with the "talent" -- Peter, Rob, Jacqui, Jo, Chris, Bob, Sally, Paul, et al -- We spent a lot of time in photo shoots and recording sessions and these guys couldn't have been more professional, cooperative and talented. We think PwC fears they may move to Hollywood...
global Requirements -- as with any project which requires review and commentary from all over the world, the Coaching project review was handled as efficiently as we've seen it handled previously -- good work!
the PwC Technical Team -- the implementation of compressed audio in online streamed learning is fraught with issues -- these guys made it look easy, and it runs like the blazes!
Rob and Peter -- these two guys are our project contacts, and they've been great -- a lot of experience and a sense of humour unmatched (although Jo does have to work with them every day!)...
