System Simulation - "Welcome to Cisco Unity Assistant"

Our Brief:

• “We need you to train our Cisco users on how to use the Internet Protocol phone, which combines Telecom technologies with Intranet technologies, as everyone will have one on their desk. We also want to on-sell the training to our clients, and potentially re-brand it. Keep the training fairly simple, and up to Cisco standard in e-learning, and make it a very entertaining presentation. Plus, we want to deliver it in ten different languages!”

Interesting Bits:

• The phone itself! Everyone at The Learning Group wants one. The Unity device is an Internet Protocol phone that had all the gadget fans drooling.
  
• The way we handled the architecture - built in a way that we can manipulate the languages very easily!
  
• Lots of photo shoots, both at our offices and at Cisco's, where more than one TLG person featured...
  
• Well of course, using all the different languages!
