Getting a Grasp on Fair Trading

This course consists of approximately 60-75 minutes of training time and is designed to raise your employees' awareness of important pieces of legislation including: the Corporations Act (as amended by the Financial Services Reform Act), the Trade Practices Act, Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act and state-based Fair Trading Acts. The course provides the guidelines of fair trading with consumers, as well as guidelines to ensure healthy, competitive, efficient and fair markets.
