OUR SPECIALTIES : SYSTEMS SIMULATIONS

Don't you wish all your employees knew your software systems like your experts?

When your employees make costly mistakes on your systems, no one is usually around to help them.

Consider training your employees in your software systems using interactive computer-assisted learning.

Why is this an effective training technique?

Think about it – your employees may make repeated mistakes on your systems because the system doesn’t always tell them when they’ve done something wrong! A computer-assisted learning module, on the other hand, lets your employees know whenever they have done something wrong, helps them understand why, and helps them correct the problem.

As a result, your employees are better trained, fewer mistakes are made, and you save time and money.

How does it work?

We have a very simple process:

  • the project approach – we meet with your project team to determine the best way to train your users in the particular software system you specify. We work out who your expert users are so that we can capture their expertise and build it into the training. We also look at the change management aspects to the training, especially if you are bringing in a new system.
  • the "design" – we meet with your systems trainers to design an appropriate learning interface and an interesting and effective way to train your employees – we do this by letting them see the big picture – how the system fits into the organisation, as well as with other systems. We create numerous real-world scenarios, through which your employees learn how to handle their jobs better. If appropriate, we also design a measuring device so that you can tell what aspects of the software system your employees are having the most trouble with.
  • the "build" – we then construct a simulation of the software system, built around the work scenarios we have designed with you.
  • the "reception" – we roll the training out to your organisation and monitor the early results, making adjustments as needed.
